Addendum to previous posts

Random points:

1) I realized about 20 min. after posting today that Michael Farber is not the father of Alex P. Keaton, that would be Michael Gross. My bad, but that does not change the fact that Farber is still an utter retard.

2) After listening to Chemical City a few more times, my opinion has decidedly changed. While the music still seems somewhat more stilted on a few songs, the lyrics are just as deep as ever. My personal favorite so far: An American Draft Dodger in Thunder Bay

3) Buffalo still rocks. Nothing will ever change that. Let's Go Buffalo!

Strike me Down, and I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine.

What the hell does Michael Farber know about hockey? He's an Actor! The only thing he ever did right was raise a good conservative son like Alex P. Keaton. That man must be destroyed, and Gauthier is nothing but a retarded goon. I love that idiot's comment about the spear last night. He needs to be dropped in a boiling hot vat of wing sauce, and then it should be dumped on the entire city of Philadelphia. I've never been there, but I don't think there is anything redeeming in that city. Any place that produces Bam Margera and the Flyers doesn't deserve to continue existing.

In the midst of a massacre

As the Sabres currently destroy the Flyers, I thought I would post the highlights from game 1, specifically Jeanerette's call on Campbell's devastating hit on R. J. Umberger.

Let's Go Buffalo!

To read about Campbell's devastating hit on Umberger Sat. Night, click the link, and look for the story about the hit in the Philly series. Possibly one of the greatest open ice checks I have ever seen.

Initial Reflections

Today I got the new Sam Roberts album in the mail. I am not sure however what to make of it yet. Initially it seemed rather stilted, not having the same flowing, genuine qualities of the original. I love We Were Born in a Flame in part because it is intelligent, catchy music that flows so effortlessly. That being said, I think I'm warming to it a second time around, so I'll say the jury's still out on this one.

If you haven't heard it already however, you must get Sam Roberts' debut album. Not hearing it is a heretical Bildungsloecher in my book.

Let the Countdown begin

Today I ordered my copy of Chemical City, the new Sam Roberts album. Right now the album is in the Amazon warehouse, waiting to be shipped to me in Minnesota. I can't wait!
