A random thought or two

Today was black friday. It was also national sleep-in day. Take a guess which one I chose to partake in? Kudos if you guessed the latter.

It's good to be back home. Minneapolis is nice, but when it comes down to it I still think Buffalo is better. Good people, good food, GREAT hockey. That being said, this place better get its financial house in order. People are too damn resistant to change here.

Long Live Satish!!!

I wanted nothing more than to go out to breakfast this morning with my dad, but he stiffed me because he says I order too much. So, I stayed at home for most of the day and had to settle for a bowl of honey graham life cereal. Don't underestimate it.

I made up partially for it by getting Dunkin' Donuts coffee. Ain't nothin' wrong wit' dat!

Tenacious D, Pick of Destiny was over rated in my opinion. It had its moments, but was no Borat. Now THERE's a film. I should go see it for a fifth time.

I just noticed my dad uses Paychex to provide his payroll services. Tom Golisano would be happy.

I'm out.

Happy Thanksgiving!

So, having been prompted by several people, I've decided to start posting to my blog again. I would have done so last night, but ended up feeling quite good after a string of Molsons at Coles. How good? The night ended with me serenading my dear friend Freddie Funbags with Madonna's hit song Papa Don't Preach. I'm sure he loved it.

Today I enjoyed breakfast w/ dear ole' dad, and then ran off the excessive caloric intake from the night before (in addition to the several molsons I also took advantage of a $2 pizza deal before all was said and done). Dad on the other hand decided Thanksgiving was the perfect day to change the brakes on the car. That was cut short however by an eye injury suffered in the garage. He is currently listed as day to day on the injury report, and will be a game time decision tomorrow.

As for me, I have no idea what tomorrow holds yet. Hopefully pancakes for breakfast, but we'll see. All I know is that now there are cookies and cornbread sitting in the kitchen that have yet to be eaten. Heresy! I must take care of that...
