I don't know if you can tell here, but it really started to rain.

We were near the Bahnhof, so we went in and I took pictures.

Outside of the Bahnhof.

This is such a cool Bahnhof!

I think this building was of some historic significance. Chris was taking pictures, so I decided to take one as well.

From there we journeyed into the Speicherstadt.

This is a really cool place to just wander around. Lots of old warehouses.

Speicherstadt.

I took this picture because of the building's architecture. Did you know all buildings have architecture? :)

Hafen at sunset.

We came upon this statue honoring an old German Colonial official. It is the subject of much controversy.

As you can see here.

From there we went to the Reeperbahn, home to all things debaucherous in Hamburg :)

While walking, Chris and I were assaulted by the most militant hookers EVER! Literally 30 or so descended up on us like locusts, and propositioned us in every way imaginable. I took this picture of the scene of the assault when I felt I was a safe distance from them.

Grosse Freiheit, a very important street in Hamburg Musikgeschichte.

That is because this is the place the Beatles played their famous Hamburg shows before they made it big.

Another shot of the building.

The plaque on the building.  Posted by Picasa
